Step 1: Download and install Rekuva software
Rekuva is a file recovery software that you will get free on the internet. It's a software for Windows which can be used very easily to recover the deleted files and images. You can also download this software counter from the Piriform website. Now after downloading the software, install it.
Step 2: Insert your SD card
Keep in mind that when you connect your memory card to a USB cable from the computer, select the camera option.

Step 3: Select File Type
Select the files you want to recover. And press next button.
Step 4: Select location
Now on the next screen, the Rekuva software will ask you to select which files to recover. Select "On my media card or iPod", and after that click the next button.
